This policy of Acssel IPL for Healthcard Plus is in accordance with Agreement of Healthcard Plus Software Subscription for Vendors and Agreement of Healthcard Plus Software Subscription for Customer. We request you to carefully go through these policy terms, before you decide to avail the services of Healthcard Plus by subscribing with the Healthcard Plus of Acssel IPL, to avail our services, you irrevocably accept all the obligations stipulated in these policy terms and agree to abide by them. Accessing the Mobile App through any medium, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones and tablets, are also subjected to these terms of use. These policy terms of use supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you. By using this Mobile App, you signify your agreement to these policy Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Mobile App or the services offered by the company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review these terms of use periodically. The Mobile App should not be used in cases of medical emergencies and Healthcard Plus does not, and should not be considered in any form to be a substitute for a doctor or a hospital.
All vendors and customers acknowledges that, the service or products which are provided or sold on Healthcard Plus, may be pharmacy or Lab test or online consultation, Acssel IPL holds all rights to decide for the discounts in the sale of service or products. No vendor or customer is allowed to change the discounts. They may provide feedback under the agreement to Acssel IPL about discounts.
These discount can vary from one place to other and from vendor to vendor, Discount also will be updated time to time, there will be review on discounts every month. Acssel IPL may create additional discount on special occasions like festivals or new year. All rights being reserved by Acssel IPL.
These discount will be applicable on MRP or selling cost or basic service cost of service or product. After deduction of discount on net cost taxes like GST will be applicable to get an Invoice Amount, which is payable by the customer.
Discount in pharmacy will be given on HSN code of the medicine, as follows:
On regular tests included under SD1, SD2 and SD3 category there will be flat 20% discount.
On Special test coming under SD4, SD5 and SD7 there will be 5% Discount.
There will be no discount on test coming under SD6.
There will be flat 20% discount on online consultation.
